BINGO Volunteers
Purpose of role:
To assist with BINGOs hosted at Superior Shores Gaming Association
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 Years of age or older as per OLG Requirements
- Must have excellent time management
- Represent the TBDHS in a professional matter
- Follow rules and regulations put in place by SSGA
- Must be able to stand/walk for two hours
- Able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Able to communicate with CEC if any issues arise
- Comfortable with interacting with the general public
Primary Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and thanking them for supporting the TBDHS
- Assist with BINGO call backs, and place winner signs next to guests once BINGOs are verified
- Assist guests with food or beverage orders
- Disinfect surfaces and containers
- Returning dishes and food trays to designated area once guests are finished with them
- Assist with emptying garbages
- Circulate the floor and engage in conversation with customers when appropriate
- Notify SSGA staff if any issues arise
- Relaying information to CEC if any issues arise
Time Commitment:
Minimum 6 Month Commitment (at least one shift per month depending on availability)

TBDHS Volunteer application form
Interview with Community Engagement Coordinator (in-person, Zoom or Facetime)
SSGA/OLG/AODA Training (On-Site or Online)
